My 2011 d22 Navaras front side windows are loose in the rails. When they are half way down they rock fore and aft about 25mm each way. I recently had the 10,000km service done and the dealer "adjusted" them but it still moves. Is this normal and are my standards too high or should I be getting...

It's not just a towbar but I haven't been using it for it's other intended uses apart from to use it as a jacking point once. Fortunately it hasn't been used for body protection..... (yet)

Got to say I expected more flex than that with the UCA's. How far off lifting the front wheel is it? Also has your Nav had an accident or is it just that the Xrox bullbars don't fit very well? I was looking at getting one but I wouldn't be happy with the fit if that is the standard they are...

I don't think the rear bar will ever bend on my car. I reckon it would take being rear ended by a truck and then the bar would still be fine but the chassis would bend. It's quality Aussie steel too, not cheap shit.

I wouldn't be driving it if it is coming from the turbo. Noises from the turbo are normally metal on metal contact which means it is making metal filings for your engine to eat. Pop the inlet pipe off the turbo and have a look if there are any visible signs of damage to the impeller or housing...

Thats good to know but I think the standard Nissan tow bar hangs a bit low for my tastes. I think a rear bar with tow hitch built in is going to be a much better option for what I want.
