I tried The NPS and it still dropped rev's in every gear so i guess thats out.. will try cleaning the flywheel over the weekend and if that doesnt fix it a new clutch is on the cards.

Was pretty dirty water so i think you could be right as its slowly getting better. Drop it out and give it a clean you think?

yea just gently as i only put them on as a precaution anyway, they flexed maybe 10mm with full weight on them, but maybe be different if you dropped from height onto a rock, although i think they'd be fine. Thanks beer:cheers!:

cheers guys, yea it was pretty good value at about $1200 for the kit including leafs n torsion bars.. but the navaras have very little flex anyway.
