I am not sure why you can't clutch start you car, I have a 2009 Kingcab D40 that I have clutch started a few times. I didn't do anything special just slow rolling starts in forward and reverse.

If the 2" lift spring set has extra leaves you probably will need longer ubolts than standard. Sometimes with one extra leaf you can get away with the standard bolts.

Pin 16 on 4wd switch plug Do you think putting 12 volts on pin 16 of the 4wd selector switch whilst leaving the switch in the 2wd position would do it?

Been running 265/75x16 AT-Ms for a 10 000kms. Chunky tread picks up and throws a lot of rocks but work well. Not real good on wet bitumen though.
