Cool... I think I purchased the wrong voltmeter. Mine only has pos and neg (2wires). I assume the third is the accessories connection wire??? Lucky it was only $2.15!!!

2002 ZD30, 196000 k's New alternator, belt tensioner, injector seal, suspension. Otherwise stock as a rock. Bit of oil leaking in from rear main seal (I think) and blow by oil has increased a fair bit of late. I drive like a grandad but always wondering if something is going to go bang shortly.

Ahh, I see. I was hoping to not have the unitstrut bars like you but run the supplied channels front to back between sports bars. The tent will fold out the side still. What do you think? Guido

I tried clamping but split the lines because it was old and hard. I saw it coming before I even started. Took bugger all to prime it back up. Don't know what the fuss is with the clamps. I reckon they would take more mucking around than the priming did. Each to their own. Thanks for the help...

So, as expected I split my fuel lines with the clamps because they are old and stiff. Am I just ok to replace these line and prime my little ass off to get the fuel back up?? Cheers, Guido

FYI, done 180000k's. Pulled the inlet off this arvo. Little bit of oil pooled in front of wheel. Fins looked good and nearly zero play in it. About 0.5mm and only vertically. None horizontally. Plenty of oil at the back which is worrying me though. Didn't get a chance to pull the heat shield off...
