Air Con Comp on D22 qd32

I've just discovered my air conditioner compressor is not turning. Qd32. That's why previous owner did not have belt on it. He told me belt was squealing so he took it off. I bet it was squealing! Does anyone know if this is a fatal failure of air con compressor or something that a capable...

G'day one and all! Hilly here from SA

But how are you going to protect a circuit with your hypothetical 3000w load drawing 200+amps? Circuit breakers? Or a fusible link of some kind? Or a 'slow blow' fuse??? Haven't researched yet but those size fuses wouldn't be common would they?

See if this works. This is a spot known as 'Kangaroo Island Lookout'. On a clear day you can see KI REALY well from here. We get down here a bit for some fishing, snorkelling and swimming.

    80 or 75 series airbox?

I've been reading all about advantages of fitting an 80 series airbox to the nav. I've got a 97 qd32. I've been offered a 75 series airbox with round outlet but haven't seen it and seller claims it's basically the same as the 80 series. Anyone know if this will work? $50.

G'day one and all! Hilly here from SA

So with all that, could I not have a couple of smaller (cheaper) inverter units matched more closely to the individual appliances they are to run? I actually have a couple of older (not sine wave) ones kicking around. I think they're 150w and a 300w?? A 300 watt jobby running a 200 watt light...

Hey Blake. G'day. I'm new too. Have a look at my thread here and there's some suggestions on uploading photos from one of the more knowledgeable members. I got it sorted and believe me, if I can do it anyone can. Look forward to seeing your nav. And though I've only been here a few days I guess...
