I brought the extended warrenty when I was in Perth last year, got it for $1570 the local dealer where I brought the car in rockhampton wanted $2200, I have used it, had to replace the intercooler about a 2 weeks after the original warrenty expired.

Mate that's a good price. I paid $320 a tyre for 266/65/17 geolanders 37000km ago still about 50% tread on them but wanted a new set and go a tad higher for my trip to the cape in sept, when I was pricing the cheapest for 265/65/17 was $249 falken, $280 for Bridgestone LT 697 on specials. Or...

Ok I decided to go with 265/70/17 general grabbers at2, got a pretty good deal, 5 new tyres - traded my 265/65/17 spare in and W/A $1250 fitted, should get fitted next week.

Can anyone recommend a good tyre in a 265/65/17 or 265/70/17 as I'm not sure if I want to go MT as the most 70-80% of my driving is on bitumen and only want to spend about $270 - $300 a tyre, I have aprox 30% left on the geo's (cost $325 a tyre) so want to put new shoes on before trip. Cheers Lyle
