Further to this, I found the relay and removed it and all lights went off as expected.
But the relay looks fine, I will replace it tomorrow but it might be something else down the line causing the issue.
Any ideas?
Hi everyone,
Have a small issue as per thread title.
All my LHS indicator lights are on but are not flashing, even with key turned off and removed from ignition.
I have the manual but cant find in it where the relays are.
Can any body tell me where to find them or which one operates the turn...
Hi everyone,
My mechanic told me yesterday the front crank case seal is leaking.
I actually knew there was a leak but didn't know exactly where it was coming from and it didn't seem that bad.
What is the process of replacing this seal? I guess I mean how much of the engine bay needs to come...
I just did my rear main seal two weekends ago. 33mm thin wall socket is what is required.
We happened to have one in 3/4" drive that did the trick.
EDIT: Trick to getting the new seal in is to turn the flange over and use that to bang the new seal in evenly. Just put another socket over the bit...
Thanks Doc,
I'm not worried about that in my case, my brother in law is licensed and will do it for me.
Thanks for the concern though, it may prevent others doing the wrong thing.
Yeah air con still works.
It is still hanging on by a "thread" and maybe that thread is still allowing it to work.
Local dealer quoted $150 but will see what Nizzbits can do.

Hi everyone,
Just purchased a LED light bar from eBay and have a few questions before I wire it up.
In my D40 I have the start battery in the front and the 2nd battery in the canopy. They are joined by 6 B&S cable with a Redarc Smart Start solenoid mounted near the start battery in the front...
Hi everyone,
I will be replacing the pinion seal in the rear diff shortly and need a little advice.
I just want to know if replacing the pinion nut and washer with new has to be done once the old ones have been removed? A local dealer says that they never replace the nuts and washers and there...
I have a steel canopy with flat sheet Colorbond roof and canvas sides.
I used a yoga mat (blue, about 20mm thick) cut up and glued it up under the roof. Stops the noise from the sheet metal 'flapping' for lack of a better word.
I just got back from a trip up North and on return have noticed both strut top mount and bottom bush on the front right are knackered. Was very badly corrugated roads though and was loaded up fully. Its a 2" Tough Dog lift.
