Further to this, I found the relay and removed it and all lights went off as expected. But the relay looks fine, I will replace it tomorrow but it might be something else down the line causing the issue. Any ideas?

Yeah air con still works. It is still hanging on by a "thread" and maybe that thread is still allowing it to work. Local dealer quoted $150 but will see what Nizzbits can do.

I have a steel canopy with flat sheet Colorbond roof and canvas sides. I used a yoga mat (blue, about 20mm thick) cut up and glued it up under the roof. Stops the noise from the sheet metal 'flapping' for lack of a better word.

I just got back from a trip up North and on return have noticed both strut top mount and bottom bush on the front right are knackered. Was very badly corrugated roads though and was loaded up fully. Its a 2" Tough Dog lift.
