finally got the remote system in for the ranchos. works a treat i set it up for sports mode stiffened up nicely then took it onto some rough dirt tracks back the adjustment off with the push of a button, fanatastic system. wont hyave to get out and dial in the shocks. awesome.

im a mechanic so do all the servicing myself, i put redline oils through the diffs gearbox and transfer, its guaranteed for a million miles and it never needs changing. so now servicing is easy as. oil filter every 5k.

yeah feels better low rpm bit more torque i think i'll feel more again once the new exhaust goes on. feels restricted by exhaust flow now and there is more turbo whistle. i like it all up with modding the intercooler, pipes silicone bits clamps etc worked out to be roughly $500

i dont run a body lift and the thought of running it into the wheel arch didnt fill me with confidence. cost a bit more because you need more bends but im happy with it. just for the record i took it for a big drive max speed about 80k's jumped out popped the bonnet and the difference in the...

finally can get the damn pics off the camera, here they are im not happy with the inlet pipe so that will get redone when i have time.

if your going to use the cable type on a diesel d22 then you would have to rig it off of the throttle pedal as they have electronic throttle control. no where to hook it up on the injection pump.

got to pull em out again to fit the air lines for the remote system anyway gonna grind the arm a bit, just to be sure.

no sticking with the old man emu springs, need to take into account mine is a d22 not a d40.

well it has arrived..........the last piece of the rancho puzzle, the MY RIDE remote adjustment system. Saturday it will be installed, Sunday it will be tested.... :rock:

well got the intercooler back. had one of the tanks removed rotated and rewelded back on so i can now mount it and route the pipes alot easier. most of the silicone couplings have arrived and the stainless pipe is at my mates workshop. had it hot tanked and flushed to make sure its all nice and...
