My mistake, 6kw increase from idle, fat finger, I have amended the original post. And I have 105 kW at wheels (dyno) which by my calculations equates to 130 at the flywheel... Give or take. Thanks

standard D22 kW is around 98 at the flywheel. Keep that in mind. I added a 3" exhaust with 3" dump pipe, a high flow filter and a SPT chip. This gave me a gain in kW to 106. I blocked the EGR, this resulted in heaps more air being sucked down the snorkel and I can hear the turbo and air...

I put on a 3" taipan exhaust and a high flow air filter. The result has been that I have been able to back off the chip considerably and have the same power, and it's more responsive. Has anyone put a EGT sensor on a 2.5 D22 and if so what type, and where is it installed?

I have taken the sports bars off my 2013 d22. Anyone know of a manufacturer in Aus who does a hard lid that fits without the sportsbar? I have seen them on Isuzu Dmax and the old Holden Colorado.

Thanks Tweak'e, I have a chip in it which kicks in at around 2,000 revs and keeps the power on to 3,500. Happy to admit that I am a noob and do not really know what the egr is or how to block it off, any advice would be greatly appreciated. :confused3:

tweak'e, not sure how much fuel it had, it may have been down to the red light, not certain, the car has done 800k's so egr should not be blocked, engine is the 2.5
