So i cleaned the connector on the sensor and it seemed to be quite loose. Took it for a short drive the same as yesterday and it didn't fault. I'm off again for a bit longer now and will see how it goes. Its not hunting like it did when the scv went last time so fingers crossed it was just loose...

So i picked up the haynes manual last night. The p0089 code is for rail pressure sensor. I will try get the connector off and give it a clean and take it for a drive. Having the fuel cap loose didn't seem to have any effect as it still faulted. Is the sensor something you can replace or is it...

Put in the new battery santa got me. Shame he didn't get some wider clamps.

New rock armor bar and runva 11xp winch went on on Friday. Away for the weekend and used said winch and found out that the bonnet wasn't closing properly so strapped it down. Today i rerouted the cables to the winch so that they came through the bar and not the grill which wasnt reseated...

Thats partly the problem its not really 'rough' it just has no guts when it happens. Add to that its one of those super awesome intermittent things at the moment

Hey guys I have been having a problem with loss of power when driving and just at idle. Was also due for a service so got my uncle to plug in his scanner and came up with 2 faults just chasing some possible causes and also a diesel specialist and maybe auto elec in s.e Melbourne. Fault codes...

Picked up the Phillips ones yesterday that claim + 100% over standard. I have already toosed the box so i cant tell you what they were called but it was their performance range and came with parkers Was out and about today they are the Phillips X-treme Vision $80 from autobarn
