Another install to add to the list. Done on a D40...with what little room there is. Good and tidy little unit.

The new Y62 patrols run this unit in the dash. The grandparents have the overhead/ 360 view of the car and use it extensively while parking etc. If these were available for the Nav's I'd be keen

While towing a dodgy trailer I had power loss if I towed with the headlights on. There was an electrical short on the trailer causing some havoc with the ST's computer. Headlights off and she pulls fine, soon as I flick the lights on the power dropped to about a quarter and it struggled to tow...

Never bothered getting it fixed through Nissan, they wanted a few hundred to update the maps. Next time I have it serviced I'll send in the pic and ask them to check for salt damage haha

You have to swap the bluetooth over to Audio mode. "Settings" - "Bluetooth" - "Paired Devices" - "Audio Only" then select your phone. Those steps should be correct, if not let me know and I'll go through it in the ute again

If your still looking at what to do with these racks they can be retrofitted to Rhino Rack tracks. Much better fitment as they don't hook under the weather strips, they need to be riveted to the roof though. Was approx $400 for the tracks, fitting kit and install (not including the prorack...

Hey mate had the exact same fitting kit on my '14 D40. Front ones fit fine but the back ones I had to bend the brackets slightly to fit. They've taken some paint off the inside of the doors too. Gotta be careful because the weather sealing isn't top notch with these mounting kits so I'd...
