hey guys just saw underneath the navara there is a big puddle of oil looks like its coming from the transfer case were the front drive shaft hooks into it. just want to know if i can still drive the car as my mechanic is on holidays?

i am curious as well on this i have been told by the brother inlaw that u only need to cover the fuse box and alternator(he said alternator u dont really need to but do it just to cover yourself) but still have been nervous on doing it so havent. would love to here if there is anything else that...

all i ever do is look on carsales and see how much the same cars are going for and price it to what u think yours is worth be realistic as other wise u will never get a call..

there is alot of ways doing the egr mod apparently helps the turbo spools quicker as well as a new exhaust and dump pipe. Just have search for exhausts and egr mod and have a read there is alot of info that from previous topics that would help u out.

just want to say a big thanks to john for helping me with the bodylift that i just installed on the navara helped me with the front cab and bullbar. pleasure to deal with will be back for the suspension! Cheers Dan

agree with above i know a couple of mates that dont service there cars basically ever. One of them stuffed there engine and learnt the hard way but surprisingly still hasnt learnt! :stupido: But then again the girlfriend isnt good either so just depends on the person.

unlucky sounds like u got one of the $120 an hour first year aprentices working on your car thats the only good thing about smaller mechanics you actually know who will be working on your car!
