Yeah I upgraded late last year, first one I looked at was the NP300, just was not for me. They are a new model, im genuinly interested on how people are finding them. Especially the people that have upgraded from other navaras. Starting to see some modded ones out there, they look decent!

Id make it look a lot cleaner before taking it in. Dont like your chances either way, but in saying that. I never had any problems claiming warranty on mine when i had it.

Sometimes emails go missing, or someone assumes it has been handled and deletes it. Poor organisation but i would not have waited 6 months for a reply. I would have emailed them a week later again. Or called them.. There is always human error.
