Do you think I could be overtraining ? I workout 4 or 5 times a week aswell as working on roofs for 8 hours a day in the sun. When I'm not gyming or working I'm cleaning my apartment. Only really rest when I sleep and eat dinner

I got some from supercrap auto in the end for the theiving price of $15. I sprayed the metal bead with wd40 and tried to get the lip of the tonneau in but didn't think to try sliding it in from one end

Ok I got hold of some bar brackets but now I'm having trouble getting the front of the tonneau into the beading at the front of the tub. It doesn't want to go in there, Any suggestions ?

hi guys ive got an 03 d22. its had a 2 inch lift with bigger tyres. when i turn up a kerb or just turn on full lock there is REALLY loud rubbing/grinding/creaking noise coming from the front end. Its so loud you can hear it from down the end of the street. any suggestions to whats going on ?
