I worked it out. Take the bolts off (5 on windscreen side, 2 each (4) on sides). Use car jack to remove middle bar which has sealer glue and pry sides with a flat screw driver tapping it with a hammer. You will need a grinder to get at windscreen bar side bolts. It will then come off completely...

Hi. Does anyone know how to remove the poxy steel sports bar that comes standard with the 2007 Spanish RX model? It looks like some bolts are attached and they've used some kind of filler in between before painting the vehicle.

Wiring in Bullbar Thanks mate I have ordered a pair off fleabay for $3 hope this works. Unfortunately you can't put them in the headlight because it has a reverse polarity compared to standard sockets but should be right in the bullbar.

Hi I was wanting to put Ladder Racks on my 2007 D40 Spanish RX model. The rear one seems straightforward enough but the centre one has thrown me?? Don't know if I can just add the top rail to the existing roll bar or do I need to also get a sports bar because this model didn't come with one...
