I finally got the chance to have a look myself after the less than satisfying result from my mechanic and auto elec.after working through the fault codes with a multi meter,found the problem in 20 mins.broken plug on wait detection switch.now works fine.

Help,have a 05 nav,9months ago 4wd indicator was flashing on dash all the time although truck would engage 4 high or low as selected.searched the forums and found others with similar problems and had local mechanic change the three switches on the transfer case,problem solved.4weeks ago same...

had mine checked 3 months ago,no cracks found and said i would be contacted within 12 months to have them replaced.2 weeks ago had the nav serviced and still had no idea when they were to be replaced.5 days later recieved a letter to say wheels had arrived,getting fitted tommorow.

done 10000 on mine and have been nothing but great

if you submerge it make sure you strip it down and service it...

hello, i am planning to mount the control box for my tigerz11 winch in the tub of my d40.the first one failed after its first swim.i have 70mm double insulated copper flex,has any body done something similar or see any problems with this idea. cheers. bitz..:cheers!:
