Cracks in manifold aswell. What are my best options with this. Should i replace the manifold or try and repair it? Would the intercooler like to have caught the bits from the turbo? Should i replace the intercooler?

Yea its got me stuffed how anything has managed to get into it. Im going to give the intercooler a good clean tomorrow to see if i can find some bits from the turbo.

Check this out... No movement in the shaft.

Ive got most of it pulled apart but it doesn't look good at all. The front propeller is broken up and bent. Ill get some photos once i've completely got it off. Question is... where are those broken bits likely to have ended up?

Threw in a n70zz this morning. Pretty tight and sits about 20mm from the egr pipe. Is there any problem with that? Do I need to fit any shielding etc?

Is there any damage caused by going to a battery with larger cca? 560 cca to 910 cca is a pretty big difference. Basically I would like something with enough grunt so I don't have to worry too much when I've been sitting on the beach with the radio going and the doors open all day.

Hey everyone sorry for the delay in replying. I replaced the rubber hose and changed fluid and everything seems good again. Thanks to everyone that helped.

Not sure if it has rubber hoses, i will have a look when i get a chance. Good suggestion.
