Hi I have a 2014 D40 titanium and was wondering if fitting a free flow exhaust such as Beaudesert exhausts or One from Scotts Rods actually make any difference to power and economy. As I read somewhere that unless you upgrade to a chip as well, an exhaust upgrade wont make any difference.

Any ideas on this have a new D40 Navarra titanium edition 2014 model and has a vibration sound coming from somewhere around the air-cond controls ( I think ) and only does it when the engine is under load , doesn't do it when driving normally or gently . Hard to actually pin point where its...
