Dont stress about it mate, the XR6 cooler is plenty big enough and it can handle the FLOW of the little girly turbo on the navara, boost level has nothing to do with it.

Thats cause there is stuff all pipework. Top mounts are a waste of time, if you are going to keep it in the engine bay you are much better off with a W2A.

I used an XR6 turbo intercooler, it fits neatly behind the cutouts in the bullbar. Theres heaps of them around, 50 bucks will get you one no dramas. My whole front mount setup cost me less than $100 fitted up. Ive been running it for a couple of years now and its well worth the effort.
