I get the same noise. Might happen when reversing, braking, sharp corner at speed. I cant find it and i also have Calmini UCA's. The noise seems to come for a while, and then go for a a while. It really pisses me off but has been doing it for over a year now with no signs of problems from...

Bashplate Drawings - Make your own

Only problem is the weight. 5mm doesnt sound to thick but it will weigh a shit load..lol. 3mm still weighs a bit as it is. I have taken a couple of big rock hits on the 3mm plate. It does deform a little but it has saved me a lot of money and lasted quite well.

Bashplate Drawings - Make your own

Hey mate. That is for the chassis cross member just below the motor. You slide it in from one side so you can bolt to it. Once slid in, there is a retangular opening in the crossmember where the "plate will set". It slides in from the drivers side towards the passangers side. Bit hard...

    UCA and LCA Bush replacement

So hows the knocking noise? still there? Mine has developed a knock/clunk noise. Mainly turning right and sometimes from braking. Shiting me as i cant find where its coming from. Appears to be the left hand side. Torsion bars look fine and fitted correctly. Pete

I emailed this mob last year with the same question. They said no, they dont make them for the D22. Maybe if they get enough interest they may start though.
