Strip chrome ?

Default Strip chrome ?

Hello again, has anyone got any tips on removing chrome from mirrors and rear bumper . Or is plastidip a better option .

the way chrome is removed and re done in chroming factories is the item is placed in a vat of acid and this acid eats the chrome away back to its original surface. not sure which way to go if your thinking of changing the colour.

You can paint it, with proper preparation. Plastidip is pretty easy.
