Default Navara ZD30 turbo on YD25

Hi guys, can anyone tell me if a turbo from a ZD30 will suit a YD25?

I would say unlikely but some gurus on here would know for sure. Why not replace like for like? Do you have a cheap/free zd30 turbo?

Cheers. I can easily get my hands on a cheap second hand ZD30 turbo, but nothing for the YD25.

Be wary of "cheap secondhand turbos" it's probably not worth the effort to fit it in my opinion. Though they are available in QLD if you cannot find any around Perth. Freight should not be too much.

No they are both completely different and both are shit turbos. If you want a better turbo get a Garrett VNT off a D40 and make your own manifold

Spot on!, if you had the skills and equipment to produce and market it you'd be able to sell plenty to people for a good upgrade.
