Hi All,
Just bought a 07 STX dual cab, turbo diesel auto, dark grey (no pic as yet).Mods are underway already, ordered a 2inch kings/EFS Bilstein package, and are in the process of getting a YD25.com.au duplex timing kit to replace the original, I want to keep this one.

Bryan, lots of great info on here. Ive been reading for about 2hrs every day, just like RSLC only the cars are jacked up.

Well guys most of the work has been completed on the STX,
I bought a yd25.com.au timing chain kit off paul and had it fitted up by another member "tanz" at his workshop in Yeppoon.
Once engine was opened up, the old tensioner was measured for wear rate, even though it only had 2mm of wear it was replaced with the new double row kit as a safety precaution. (It looks like someone had been in there before and replaced chain) were the words of Tanz.
I have also fitted a 2inch lift kit to replace the very saggy std suspension, a King/EFS springs and Bilstein shocks package was installed by O'maras in Rocky. Measurements were taken before and after resulting in a lift to the front of 37mm and 65mm in the rear.

It will be getting loaded with camping gear in the new year,so I'll see if that settles it down in the rear a bit.
Now I just have to do the brakes and remove the tubliner and clean out all the leaves that have made there way under it.
Cheers
