$1300 fine from council worker

i reckon with a lot of council fines they rely on you giving up and paying it.

Someone in my family got a parking fine last year from a council in Sydney for parking nose in 45 deg to the curb instead of tail in. The trouble was, the car was never even in Sydney! It took a lot of shit to get them to drop the fine, again they had no photographic proof that the car was there. The car has Victorian pattern number plates too...??
