I have a 2006 D40 as my daily. It's very pre-loved and recently clicked 300K kms... The fan blower didn't work, which in the summer meant that whilst driving it was hot. I might just add here that the passenger front window was 'ted as well, so there was nil chance of 4 windows down driving. Anyways, I had the fan blower motor and the resistor replaced this week (including having the filter inserted in underneath the dash - it literally wasn't there!).... wow what a huge difference!
So I now have first world problems where the air con is so cold even on 1 for the fan... better to be too cold than need to be re-gassed.
