2012 d22 ARB bullbar

Hey guys, im in the market for a bullbar for my nav. I really like the ARB bar except for the plastic caps on the front of it. Can any1 tell me what's under them and can they be removed???

Hey jimmyd22,

The plastic caps, or ‘buffers’ as we call them, are designed to cover the seam welds and finish off the bar aesthetically. They can be removed, but this is against ADR requirements, as it exposes some edges on the forward most part of the bar.
We recommend they be left in place.
