265/75r16.... on 2007 d40

Hi all ..I've just bought a 2007 dual cab d40 .. Standard factory tyre size being 255/70 r16....and am hoping to upsize to 265/75 r16... Bfg muddies ..... (Its the least i can do for her ..after the front and rear e lockers went in ..)...Already lifted it 2" inches ....sooo....do they fit ..or do I trim first ..... Any help would be appreciated..

Shouldnt have any drama with the size up. Are they on standard rims?
May have some full lock chassis rub(mine does but really only one way? And nothing serious)
I havent trimmed anything and dont have a front bar yet.
Still have the factory mudflaps on the front too
