hey guys,

kicking myself big time came off a dirt track.

accidentally drove my about 30 km in 4h, also it wasn't a completely straight road as it did have some sweep bends it

have i stuffed anything up? 4h and 4lo engage and disengage fine and the car seems to be fine when driving it any mode as well.

I'm hoping i've been lucky

Should be fine. Just dont make a habit of it. Check it on loose surface road as soon as you can.

You should be right though if everything still engages fine.

I wouldn't worry, as said don't make a habit of it you'll be right.

Technically you're not supposed to do 100km/h in 4HI but I've towed the van at 100km/h on dirt in 4HI and haven't had a drama.

I'm betting you won't do it again anyway!

i normally crank the knob from from 4L to 2WD but i think something interrupted me, only to have an OMG moment when i went to engage for 4H it was already selected.

definitely never again just heard some horror stories about weak chains stretching.
