Hm gem heads
I put a new HM Gem head on my 07 d40 yd25 after the timing chain went ping and bent valves.
$2000 even, bought through my local mechanic, bolted straight on with no valve adjustment or other setup required.
That seems to be the big thing with aftermarket heads, how much valve etc. setup is needed.
Have now done 40000 ks with new head and timing gear all good so far.
