Yeah but you can use a forwarding company, there is some specifically set up for Amazon. technically it is illegal to have an item addressed to you repacked and resent by a middle man but it's never been an issue. We've used a forwarding mob a few times with Amazon products they do ship to Aus to compare the costs and it's only ever been $10 or so more using these companies. So it is still an option.
