Gday all

Just been looking at Dinghys and sailing boats today. Looking at a 18foot Red Jacket yacht for a bit of fun and the old man has his heart set on one and imm looking for a dinghy, which i think ive picked. We couldnt decide what to get so we are going to get both!

So was wondering what everyone has? And pics! If anyone has pics of dinghy/camper set ups that would be awsome to.

So far i have a 16foot Hartly Trailer Sailer being rebuilt very slowly and hopefully picking up dinghy this weeked 4m quintrek (spelling?) with a 25hp merc and in the next few weeks picking up a new sail boat.

A few years ago I picked up a Rainbow off ebay for cheap
Turned out it was an antique and a past champion.
Rainbows were designed by a bloke over your way for the flat waters of the Swan river. He was an importer of tea and made the first one out of tea chests.
The one I got hold of was a very early example and worthy of the maritime museum....I passed it on though to an enthusiast as the museum expected me to crate it up and ship it over at my expense as well as donating it. It is now back on Port Phillip bay where it reigned as a champion in state and nationals.

I have thought about selling out my motorcycles just to get amongst it again.......but I hesitate. There will be a way to have them all.
Afterall he who dies with the most toys wins...or something like that
