Can this be repaired?

Hey guys,

Well yesterday was turning at a round about. Felt the bolt then felt it penetrate my tyre. It has not lost any air that I am aware of. Can this be repaired!?

Tyre is a 275/35R24 and only has a few thousand kms on it!

Probably, yes. Depending on how much damage there is to the belts.

My concerns were the distance to the side wall...Will take it to a tyre shop today. I thankfully have a spare set of 24" tyres but they have seen better days.

Nah mate, not THROUGH the sidewall so all should be good.

You wont know till it comes off -- if the bolt has rubbed the side wall on the inside then its stuffed, other wise it might be fine.

Cheers guys, took it down there....They told me to come back at 3.... They did NOT look keen on pulling the tyres off the rims haha.
