Hey
I changed the oils in my front/rear Diffs an transfer case. Now it's making a really bad clunking noise when it's in 4wd, 4lo when driving straight or turning. It also makes the noise when in 2wd rolling in 2nd gear it's constant.
What could be the case? What oils should I be using? Can I still drive it?

Clunking noises usually come from one of 3 things down there - CVs, prop shaft or transfer chain.

I'd be putting it on a hoist or jack stands and checking it out by hand. At least you'll get closer to the answer!
