converting back bench to 1 seat and extended door hinges

As title states, anyone converted the back bench of a D22 duel cab to a single seat, if so, how did you do it, any pictures? I generally only have 2 people in my ute, and on the odd occasion have 3, never more, so was thinking of putting a box in the spot of the other 2 seats in the back for stuff so it doesn't rattle around. btw, who put the extended hinges on their D22's rear door to get a fridge slider in and out?

Josh put 2 bucket seats in the back of his D22.

However, his D22 will never be registered again.
