Crankshaft pulley stx550

Hi guys. Just had my drive belt on my stx 550 chewed up and spat out. Investigations have shown that the auto tensioner has shit itself. All good I’ll order another one and replace. But should my crankshaft pulley have any play in it? Like in and out movement? It moves in and out towards my engine and away from engine. Not a huge amount of movement only like a couple of mm not sure if this is normal or not.

Yes, they have a rubber core, as does the 2.5. Vibration damping and all that...
