D21 Lsd Diff not working

Heya, i have a 97 d21 navara 2wd with an lsd diff on the back, i tried testing the lsd by dumping the clutch in the wet and im only getting one wheel peels, i tired dumping it with thr wheels straight and im still only getting one wheel peels. its on stock height i dont know if that would be the problem of the vehicle being to high
do you guys have any suggestions on what could be the problem or any tips to getting both wheels spin?
