D22 2.5crd miss/shake

Hi guys/girls
My 2010 2.5 crd Nav with 30k has developed a miss or shake when it's cold or first started is worse with engine load ie a/c on.
Just wondering if any one else has had this problem?

Forgot to mention that it's at idle or light throttle up to about 1000rpm

Probably faulty injectors.

Pretty common fault in YD25's.
