D40 underbody guards

Hi all,

Rather than spending big dollars I'm thinking about making my own front bash plate, sump guard and transfer guard for my D40.
I have all the appropriate tools like metal benders, Cutters and Folders at work that can cut sheet metal up to 3mm thick.

Just wondering if anybody out there has already done this and has plans with accurate dimensions showing folds ect?

I have already contacted Brown Davis and TJM but could not get anything more then a picture.
Any help would much appreciated cheers.

I am a sheety but took the lazy way out and bought mine. It didnt cost me a whole lot more than the materials would have and I saved a saturday.
