Hi, has anyone had any experience with ECU replacement and cloning,
can anyone recommend someone who they have used for this

None personally, but I have heard of some people replacing their ECU. Injectors need to be re-registered (unless the ECU is following the motor).
Cloning? I guess anyone with an editor might be able to do that, and dyno tuning places have editors and some members here have had their ECU edited to adjust fuel mapping and some have had EGR/DPF routines scrubbed.
