The last few (expensive ) weeks was spent with three different mechanics and auto electricians. First had both the brake light acitivation switch and cruise control switch replaced. Worked for a while .Second attempt ( with a different auto elec) and the switches were replaced again! This should have been brought to there attention ( I had a receipt ) but even when it was, another cause was found( supposedly). Third attempt with the same auto elec. and the REAL cause was a burnt out brake electrical cct. relay!!The whole sorry saga saw me just short ( not a pun
) of $1k. I could have bought a lot of Gin with that.
