I've tryed reindexing torsion bars, grinding top controll arms so they clear front shocks, greased up all drag link joints and tie rod joints. i know theres threads on this but they they dont have the answer to this problem. the sound happens when the front end tops out when lifting a wheel. I went wheeling today at the Ormeau quarry trails so it was happening up every hill. The sound doesn't happen at full lock because i've made my own copper caps for the steering lock adjusters. Just want answer. Need to put a Gopro camera under the front end and see whats going on i think.

Ball joints- are the rubber boots still good, is there any grease leaking out? If they're worn they will clunk when you steer or articulate the front end. Jack up each side and use a prying bar to see if there's any movement in them.

Good luck.
