Gear leaver

I have a 1998 3.2 and am wondering if anyone knows where I might be able to get the rubber grommet that is in the hi Lo leaver that goes to the box. It rattles while driving and t tried to tighten it and I can't anymore and now I'm having trouble getting it in gear now
