installing second hand tonneau quick questions

looking at removing my hard lid and putting back on the Nissan ladder racks and soft tonneau the clip into kind.

how would i remove the double sided tape that attaches the rails to the tub or would the tape have enough sticky left on it from when i took it off a year or so ago?

anyone got instructions on installing the tonneau?

I used a heat gun and a scraper with a bit of turps on the scraper, you dont have to get it too hot just hot enough to soften it up.
Once you have got it off give the surface a going over with turps on a rag to get any residue off and your good to put on the new tape.
