Evening all,

I'm attempting to start planning for the build up for my '03 Nav and I'm wondering what the general consensus is on the order for installing intercoolers and exhausts. Can I run an intercooler safely on an '03 ZD30? Been meaning to give Cross Country 4x4 a ring because they're only an hour down the hill, but work has been flat out. I've also noticed a trend toward the 2.75" Beaudesert system with regard to exhaust mods.

Any advice/opinion is welcomed. Thank you.

i would of liked an intercooler on my D22 zd30. simply because of the fact that if the turbo lets go the intercooler is going to save the rest of the motor. if you do an exhaust and chip the intercooler will help give you not only more power but a saftey net. there are a few other threads on the forum about intercoolers on the ZD30's. if you do a search im sure you will get heaps of great info

Full exhaust will give you more power for your buck.

Middle of summer you will fully appreciate the intercooler.
