Hi, just about to tackle the Navara's supension. Current choice seems to be down to ARBs OME setup and Ironman (they are within walking distance of work!).

Anyone got any feedback, good or bad, on either suspension setups. Ironman is suggesting changing springs (medium load - not comfort because I have a long range tank) and torsion bars as they think that the ARB bar is a bit heavy for standard torsion bars. ARB says just crank up the torsion bars, replace the rear springs and put nitro-charger sport shocks all round. I'm getting confused! Any suggestions?

i have an arb bar and winch in with standard torsion bars and they havnt saged yet nitrocharger sport are great dont bother with just nitochgers though, dont no much bout ironman suspension to be honest

mate there have been some bad reports of both of them from members on here if you dig a bit deeper..
best to talk to a suspension specialist and get an idea of what they think....

I am bout to order EFS sus kit..
