Jack

Hi. I had a 2 inch added to my Navara a couple of years ago, but I had a sudden thought last night about whether the standard jack is now suitable. I've done a lot of miles (including remote) since the lift, but I'm now worried that I've been under prepared with such a basic tool. My plans tomorrow are to go and test the jack to see how it will go, but thought I'd ask the question here. For those of you with lift kits, have you needed to get a new jack and if so what type did you get? I'd probably be looking for a bottle jack, but not sure which one would suit.

It works fine mate, I carry an offcut from a sleeper 2inch thick in case I have to jack in soft shit on the side of the road, just so the jack wont sink..

Throw a block of wood in mate, good for the extra height and extra stability in all terrain
