LSD from 4wd into 2wd

I have located a lsd diff from a 2006 4wd d22 locally at a reasonable price. Its its hub to hub and has done 240ks. Attached is a picture of the lsd for reference

I was wondering if this would be a direct bolt in for my 1998 d22 2wd?
Attached is a pic of my ute for reference

Any advice on if this a direct bolt in would be greatly appreciated.

of course the diff ratios will be different (4wd is lower ratio) and also brake sizes are different (4wd is larger).

Most of time spring perch 4x4 axel is above axel . 2wd on bottom if so easy to relocate

Just found out that...
The lsd diff is a CA43
my open diff CA41

Bigger brakes sounds good.
