making sure i get the correct offset

I am looking at updating the standard 16 x 6 inch DX rims on my navara to the 16 x 7 inch rim size of the str model. I am looking at putting 265/ 75 tyres on next and need the wider rims. Can someone give me the correct offset for the latter rim size? Will this change the diff ratios much or are the diff ratios in the dx and str model the same? I notice a lot of str models with the 265/75 size tyres.

Pretty sure the standard D22 wheels 16x7 STR ones are +40 offset, I have a set of 16x7 alloys on mine which are +20 offset with no issues at all. A 0 offset may fit but with possible rubbing on the inner gaurds and/or mud flaps......? I run 265/75's also, no issues.

Yeah factory 16x7 are +40, i've 265/75-16 m/t's and just touch inside of mud flaps on the front, i don't hear them though.
