New member rear canopy query

Hi Ive just bought a long way down edition and am curious as to what the silver rails are in the buck? They have sliding mounts with locking handles on, these can be slid the full length of the buck.

They're adjustable tie-down rails. You have may two in the floor as well, covered by a plastic cover that slides out once you open the tailgate.
