A public health system along with an entire government that seems to be well and truly failing its people.

Spending thousands of tax payers dollars on projects and what not that are unneccesary aswell as other things like these modification rules that even though they require some attention to detail arent as important as other matters such as the public health system etc.

as certification becomes dearer, it makes the risk of fines more appealing (as they remain the same). People will still make illigal mods, p platers will still find out that their Hyundi excell will do 200kph down hill, and hoods will still play up in their utes on Friday night.

At the end of the day, they should make the rules a bit more flexible.

Yes, I believe a 6" lift with 35" rubber does require an engineer to look over it, but im not convinced a 3" lift requires all the lane changing tests etc
